This website and YouTube channel were built to celebrate the huge diversity of women and me from every corner of the world that choose the Land Rover Defender as they’re daily truck of choice.

The goal is to showcase and share stories, photos and experiences of how individuals have modified their trucks to suit their particular work needs. By sharing those stories, others my find useful suggestions and ideas.

This is NOT about judging right and wrongs of Defender life or a place detailed technical discussions but a place to share ideas and hopefully make life with your Defender even better.

Like to get involved…

If you like the idea of sharing your experiences of Defender Daily life, it’s really very simple. Get your phone out and take some photos and if you’re up for it, record a short video.

Most of my videos are shot using my iPhone, it’s really that easy.

I’ll feature your photos on the website and on social and put the videos on our YouTube channel.

Video tips…

Ideally, if you can record in 4K, that really helps, but if not, HD will do fine.

If you can get someone else to hold the phone while you talk, that can make life easier or if not, use a tripod like I did.

The best way to shoot the video is to answer all the questions in one long take while you stand or sit on your Defender.

Then do a second video showing the Defender from afar, then close ups of the upgrades and issues you mention in the video. This is called “B Roll” and you can never have enough…

When you send the video’s in, I can edit them into one piece.
